These organizations support children and families through housing, education, and nutrition programs that are desperately needed. Filling in the Blanks
Filling in the Blanks is a nonprofit combating childhood hunger by providing weekend meals to children who rely on school food programs during the week. What began serving 50 students now reaches over 10,000 children across 200+ sites, delivering more than four million meals while expanding services like in-school and mobile pantries.
Heavens 27 Foundation
On July 4, 2025, 27 girls were tragically lost in the Kerr County floods at Camp Mystic. The Heaven's 27 Foundation carries their vision forward, turning their spirit of joy and generosity into scholarships, community programs, and causes that build the future they imagined.
United Ability
United Ability is a nonprofit in Birmingham, Alabama that supports people with disabilities across all ages through education, healthcare, and employment services so they can thrive in their communities. They focus on connecting individuals and families to programs like early intervention, clinics, outpatient therapy, and community employment opportunities.
Pace Center for Girls
Pace Center for Girls is a nonprofit organization where middle and high school girls find the support, guidance, and resources they need to thrive. Our programs offer a full academic school day and comprehensive mental health support, tailored to meet the unique needs of each girl.
TRVL supported 50 students with cosmetic bags that volunteers filled with supplies as “take home kits” over the holidays for the Alachua (Gainesville) School in December 2025
INSPIRICA
Inspirica strives to end homelessness and housing insecurity by helping individuals and families achieve independence through support services and affordable housing.
TRVL supported 25 women resident and provided 12 gifts for children in triage situations in December 2025 and provided Mother's Day Gifts for 38 Mother’s residing in their two shelters April 2026
DVCC
DVCC’s mission is to prevent and eliminate domestic violence by educating our communities and supporting individuals in building safer lives.
TRVL supported 20 women and 30 children in their program (Norwalk + Stamford) with holiday gifts in December 2025.
Homes for the Brave
Homes for the Brave is dedicated to helping homeless individuals—especially veterans—achieve stable housing, meaningful work, and independence through supportive services. Guided by values of dignity, integrity, and innovation, it prioritizes compassionate, nonjudgmental care to empower people to rebuild productive lives.
Homes with Hope
Homes with Hope is a Westport, Connecticut nonprofit focused on preventing and ending housing and food insecurity in Fairfield County. They provide emergency shelter, supportive housing, rapid re-housing, diversion services, a community kitchen, food pantry, youth programs, and mentoring to help people move from homelessness to independent living.
Person To Person
Person to Person, founded in 1968, provides essential services to residents of lower Fairfield County, including food, clothing, financial assistance, and educational support. Through programs like its no-cost clothing center and Financial Opportunity Center, it ensures individuals and families can access critical resources when they need them.
Drews Avenue Primary
Drews Avenue Primary & Infant School, established in 1970 in Kingston, Jamaica, provides foundational education with a strong focus on literacy, digital skills, and community involvement. The school actively engages students and families through programs and events that support academic growth and celebrate milestones.
Malta House
Malta House is one of the only homes for pregnant women above the age of 18 in Fairfield County, and one of a limited number of programs for young homeless mothers and their babies.
Family & Children's Agency
Family & Children’s Agency is a nonprofit that supports children, families, adults, and seniors in Fairfield County and surrounding areas with services that strengthen their social and emotional wellbeing across all stages of life.
